Concerned Veterans for America (CVA), one of the two organizations sponsoring a June 24 conference and rally at Fair Oaks, Virginia to show support for the now doubled number of veterans waiting over 90 days for promised medical care, announced a new $100,000 digital video ad campaign called “Zero” which describes how little the Obama Veterans Administration has been accountable in the now one year old scandal where former American servicemen have been kept waiting – many suffering pain the entire time and some dying during the wait – while the VA covered up the long wait times.  The weeknight mini-conference will be addressed by two veterans pushing for VA accountability including CVA’s Dan Caldwell, a former Marine war veteran.  Attendance is free with a suggested donation of $5 at the door but a requirement for an advance RSVP click HERE.  The early bird dinner discount has been extended one more day to expire Tuesday nite, 6/16 at 11 PM. This sums up why the VA Accountability Act proposed by Congressman Jeff Miller should be enacted by Congress.

To announce Petition Drive to support Congressman Jeff Miller Legislation at Freedom Leadership Conference on May 20

Uniformed Services League (USL) announced its endorsement of the VA Accountability Act today, introduced by Congressman Jeff Miller, Chairman of the Veterans Affairs Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives two weeks ago in April, and will unveil a petition drive to demand passage of this bill at its free May 20 conference (7:30 to 9 PM, doors open 7 PM) devoted to the theme of the broken promises by the Obama Administration to American veterans.  The Conference will be at the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax on Route 50 near I-66, 3960 Fair Ridged Drive, Fairfax VA (advance RSVP required).

Congressman Miller’s legislation would give the Department of Veterans Affairs Secretary sweeping new authority to fire corrupt or incompetent employees for cause and comes after no VA employees have been fired in the scandal which was revealed one year ago.

New GOP Congress should Repeal Sequester Cuts to Stop Hurting Uniformed Services

Senators Marco Rubio and Tom Cotton are leading an effort to persuade the new GOP Senate and GOP controlled House to cut the Sequester Cuts in the military budget, so hurtful to America's armed services.

Senators Marco Rubio and Tom Cotton are leading an effort to persuade the new GOP Senate and GOP controlled House to cut the Sequester Cuts in the military budget, so hurtful to America’s armed services.

It is one of the areas that the Tea Party is somewhat divided, but all serious national defense conservatives are united.  America cannot afford to keep the damn “Sequester Cuts” from nearly four years ago.  The new GOP Congress should repeal the Sequester Cuts and restore a strong defense budget, stop hurting those who wear America’s uniform in the Army, Marines, Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard and National Guard.

Bowe Bergdahl finally to be charged with desertion, goes before the military’s equivalent of a grand jury to make the final decision on his prosecution.  At last.  A lot of us know it will take brass B’s for Army leadership to go through with this since the White House – the “national command authority” – is going to be seriously pissed at anything that makes them look bad after President Obama’s swap of 5 “general officer” level terrorists to go back to the battlefield to kill  more people resisting their conquest of their
